👤 Chief Visionary Officer (Pro Bono)
Dr. Muhammad Jahanzaib
An esteemed strategist and researcher with deep expertise in economic intelligence, regional cooperation and public-private policy innovation. He is a PhD in International Relations, specializing in the interplay of geo-politics and geo-economics in Pakistan’s foreign policy. A gold medalist in both M.Phil. and M.Sc. International Relations, he has authored more than two dozen impactful publications, including in Journal of Asian and African Studies (Sage-UK), International Studies (Sage-UK), Journal of World Affairs (Sage-Australia), Heidelberg Papers in South Asian and Comparative Politics (Heidelberg University, Germany), World Scientific (Singapore); focusing on economic diplomacy, economic intelligence, artificial intelligence, political economy, geo-politics, security, regional cooperation, and the geo-economic dimensions of South Asia and globe. He has vast experience of working with all tiers of the state (including ministers, parliamentarians, diplomats, bureaucrats, judiciary, intelligentsia, LEAs, armed forces, civil society, admin & media). I am Dr. Muhammad Saeed Uzzaman, currently serving as Head Department of International Relations at NUML, Rawalpindi. I am the co-author of the book titled “Changing Patterns of Warfare between India and Pakistan: Navigating the Impact of New and Disruptive Technologies”, published by Routledge Taylor and Francis, London. The book is available in around 100 top universities worldwide and prestigious institutions such as the MIT, Princeton, United States Congress Library, the British Library, and the European Union Parliament.. With extensive teaching experience across various universities in Pakistan, I hold a PhD in International Relations (IR) from the National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad. My areas of specialization include Emerging and Disruptive Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Lethal Autonomous Weapons (LAWS), Hypersonic Missiles, Cyber-based Technologies, Space-based Technologies, and Military Doctrines. I have a strong research background with numerous publications in HEC-recognized X and Y category journals. Additionally, I work as a consultant and have led several projects with International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) and other civil society forums. My expertise is regularly sought after in mainstream media, where I discuss socio-political topics relevant to both national and international levels.

Dr. Sajid Iqbal Khattak is an accomplished academic who has earned a PhD in the specialized field of international relations, underscoring his deep expertise and understanding in this area. With an extensive experiential background spanning over ten years within academia, he has made significant contributions to his field through both teaching and research initiatives. Dr. Khattak's research portfolio includes an intense focus on pivotal topics such as Statebuilding, foreign policy, terrorism, and counterterrorism strategies, reflecting his dedication to tackling complex global and regional issues. His work often emphasizes the unique geopolitical dynamics and challenges surrounding Afghanistan, as well as the tribal areas of Pakistan, which are critical zones in current international relations and security studies. Notably, Dr. Khattak's excellence has been formally recognized through his achievement of two prestigious gold medals, highlighting his unwavering commitment to academic prowess and distinguished scholarship.

Dr.  Zahid Shahab Ahmed

Dr. Zahid Shahab Ahmed

Dr Zahid Shahab Ahmed is Associate Professor of Security and Strategic Studies at the National Defense College UAE. He served as Senior Research Fellow at Deakin University (from April 2016) and was Assistant Professor at NUST’s Centre for International Peace and Stability. A prominent commentator on Pakistan’s domestic politics and foreign policy, he’s been affiliated with ISSI and IPRI and was a non-resident research fellow at USC’s Center on Public Diplomacy (2017–19). He sits on the board of the IPRA Foundation and is secretary of the South Asian Studies Association of Australia. He holds master’s degrees in Sociology and Peace Education and a PhD in International Relations, authored Regionalism and Regional Security in South Asia (Routledge, 2013), and writes for The National Interest and Al Jazeera.

Dr. Hussain Muhammad

Dr. Hussain Muhammad, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor in U.S. History at the University of New Mexico, holds a PhD in International Relations (IR). His research focuses on cyber IR, technopolitics and cybersecurity. An HEC (Pakistan) Indigenous Scholar in Social Sciences, he has contributed to projects with the World Bank Group and UNICEF.

Sharafat Ali Chaudhry

Sharafat Ali Chaudhry is a legal expert, mediator, and legislative drafter with over 15 years of experience in criminal justice, human rights, and policy reform. He has advised Pakistan’s Ministry of Law & Justice, Ministry of Human Rights, and UN agencies including UNDP, UNFAO, UNFPA, and UNICEF. An accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, he holds an MPhil and Master’s in Development Studies (both Gold Medals), LLB, and MA English. He has drafted over 60 federal/provincial laws and trained 5,000+ justice sector professionals. Founding partner of HSU Advocates and Chairperson of the School for Law and Development, he champions inclusive, rights-based legal systems.

Dr. Ejaz Hussain

Dr Ejaz Hussain is Associate Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the Lahore School of Economics. He holds a Ph.D. from Heidelberg University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UC Berkeley. With over 20 years of research and 15 years of teaching at Iqra University, COMSATS University and Shanghai International Studies University, he has authored and edited two books—including Perspectives on Contemporary Pakistan (Routledge, 2020)—and published numerous peer-reviewed articles. A DAAD and Fulbright fellow and non-resident fellow at FDDI, his commentaries have appeared in BBC, China Daily, CGTN, The News, The Friday Times, Global Times and South China Morning Post.
